Our Story
H&E Cleaning Service is run by Lesis Hernandez out of Jacksonville, Arkansas. It is an independent, owner-operated business — which means the person who gives you the estimate is the same person who shows up and does the work.
Most of my work is vacant apartment turnovers and houses under construction — the jobs that need someone who will actually get into the window tracks, the cabinet corners, and behind the toilet. Property managers call me when a unit has to be show-ready fast, and builders call me when a house has to look brand new for a walkthrough. I also clean offices on a set weekly or nightly schedule.
If a unit was left full of furniture and trash, I handle that too — the crash-out and the trash removal come first, then the cleaning. I bring my own products and equipment to every job, and I work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM across Jacksonville, Sherwood, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Little Rock, Cabot, and Gravel Ridge.
