Construction dust gets into everything. I clean houses that are still under construction and new builds that are ready for handover — pulling up drywall dust, sawdust, paint splatter, stickers, and debris so the finish work actually shows. Builders and contractors around Jacksonville and North Little Rock use me for both rough cleans between trades and the final detail clean before the walkthrough.

I walk the build with you to see the square footage and what stage it is at.

You get a firm price for a rough clean, a final clean, or both.

Debris comes out first, then every surface gets dusted from the ceiling down.

Windows, floors, and fixtures get detailed so the house shows the way it should.
